Martial arts legend Hwang Kee founded his Moo Duk Kwan® organization's first school in Yong San Ku South Korea in 1945 and he formed the United States Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation® in 1976 to protect the unique Moo Duk Kwan® identity and to preserve the Korean Soo Bahk Do® martial art system.
